Attendance Fees:

• Regular Registration (July 12 – September 8, 2008) - $475
• Onsite Registration (September 9 - 10, 2008) - $550
• Guest Registration (attending meal and social functions only) - $250
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be given up until August 10, 2008, minus a $50 processing fee.
